Angkeara graduates his Master from the Australian National University. He is currently pursuing his PhD at the Universiti Brunei Darussalam. He is a former part-time Lecturer at some universities in Cambodia and served at various International Development Organizations. In addition to the Cambodian Development Network, he is also a Founder of the Cambodian Economist Group. This group aims to enhance public opinion, share knowledge, develop academic network and foster relationships among Cambodian scholars, educators, researchers, and students in Cambodia and the world.
